Why only Malbec?

We are specialists in selecting the best Malbec wines for you. Other grapes that also grow well in Malbec terroirs will be available sporadically on the website.

WHAT IS IN MY PACKAGE?

According to your package you will receive three or six bottles of Malbec or Malbec blend wines quarterly. Three bottles packages are all different labels. Six bottles packages include two bottles of each label.

HOW LONG AM I COMMITTED TO STAY IN THE CLUB, ONCE I BECOME A MEMBER?

There is an open cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time four weeks before of the next shipping, and there are no cancellation fees.

CAN I SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES?

You are able to switch between membership types but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments for recurring orders 20 days before shipping (September 1st, December 1st,March 1st, June 1st), so please switch by the corresponding date.

CAN I MIX MY OWN CASES?

Yes, you can mix your own cases but only after you receive your quarterly package. We offer our customers the possibility to buy more wine from their favourite pick of the quarter case. All of our cases are chosen in advance to give you the best
possible range and quality for the price. However, if you’re a member you can buy our wines from our portfolio at any time after receiving the package and until stock lasts.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed on the cut-off date around the 20th of each month prior to shipping.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS BE SAFE?

Yes, because we use a secure server and gateway, we do not store any of your credit card details. All information that passes from the internet to the order processing system is transferred via our dedicated network, which is completely isolated from the internet. This means that information is kept entirely secure, from the moment it leaves your browser to the moment it enters our processing system.

WHEN WILL THE NEXT PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

The pre-shipment e-newsletter will be sent out on the 1st of the month prior to shipping. The cut-off date for changes and updates will be on the 20th of that month. All shipping will commence on the 1st of the month that the shipments are in.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK?

We ship within Australian territory, all orders over $149.99 include free shipping. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. For international rates, please contact us. Delivery times are between 3 to 10 business days depending on your address.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.

Problem with your delivered products?

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.
